Crafted with one of my favorite spirits - Empress1908Gin, beet orange juice, lime, honey, and greek yogurt for a refreshing beet juice cocktail. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Drop the Beet Cocktail (makes 1 serving) ◻️ 2-3 lime wedges ◻️ 1/2 oz honey ◻️ 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin ◻️ 1 heaping teaspoon plain greek yogurt ◻️ 1 oz beet orange juice ◻️ Garnish: lime round, mint sprig, edible flower ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Add lime wedges and honey to a cocktail shaker and muddle until all juice is squeezed from the limes. Add Empress 1908 Gin, yogurt and ice and shake until chilled. 2. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add beet orange juice. Strain cocktail mixture into the glass. 3.
