Adonay Mancia Rodríguez was spending a quiet Sunday at home in Morristown with his six-year-old daughter, Annabella. When he stepped outside to pick up food outside his door, he was detained by ICE, leaving Annabella alone in the apartment. One of the neighbors called Gabby Rosa, Annabella's mother and Adonay's parter, Rosa said: “She told me she’d seen my daughter, walking by herself on the street, crying, crying out for her dad, asking ‘Where’s Papi?
