We are incredibly proud to share that Andrea Caceres, Plant Manager for our Lurin, Peru Plant, is a recipient of the Manufacturing Institute’s 2023 Women MAKE America Award! Andrea began her career at O-I on the factory floor and worked her way up, now leading a team of nearly 200 people. She was selected for this award for her leadership, developing and mentoring others and closing the gender gap in manufacturing. Andrea, along with other winners from around the world, will receive their awards in Washington, D.C., on April 20, 2023.
