Quick tip to find your core:
⚽️ Seated on the ground of floor, use a ball or foam roller, slightly lean back holding the object in front of you with both hands pressing into the ball/foam roller focusing on exhaling and trying to pull abs in, not sucking in but pulling in. If you don’t feel this you can lean back with your legs lifted like you’re about to perform a Russian twist.
