The sixth and final Senior Salutes post highlighting the members of the Windsor High School boys’ golf team features Burley Kleve. The oldest child of Stacy and Missy Kleve has been a member of the WHS boys’ golf team all four years. His stroke average through 18 career events is 89.3 with his best season coming this past fall when he averaged 82.75. The 74 he posted at the Windsor conference match at Pelican Lakes on Sept. 17 was the lowest round of his career, and the 15th best round on the team in 2022. As a freshman Burley’s stroke average was 96, then 86.97 as a sophomore, 90.4 as a junior, and 82.75 as a senior. Golf is not Burley’s only sport. He’s a member of the WHS boys’ basketball team and is a star on the Windsor-Severance boys’ volleyball team.
