We recently received a touching letter in the mail from this year's scholarship recipient, Xavier Shirley.✉️ Xavier, an Annapolis, Maryland native and current senior at George Mason, has taken full advantage of his scholarship opportunity and flourished as a Business Management major and track & field star.
