Although I chose the creative path for my career in sports, the opportunity I got to serve as a Guest Services Intern gave me a whole other perspective on working in the industry. I learned more about the fan experience and safety and brought ideas to content that I thought would be valuable to fans. For example: There’s a good chance a fan may be attending a game for the first time. Meaning they have never been to the arena or stadium before. Knowing this I provided an opportunity for fans to comment their seat location and we would show their perspective of the game and where the seat was in the stadium.
