Forever Buffs, meet Camden Dempsey (Fin Mktg’25) Known as “The Governor” on CU Football, Camden spent five years as a trusted leader and spokesperson connecting athletics and campus life. He excelled off the field as a Boettcher Scholar, Leeds Scholar, President’s Leadership Class member and Co-President of the Big 12 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, advocating for more than 5,000 student-athletes. He also co-founded VerEstate, the digital title and closing startup that won the 2025 CU New Venture Challenge Finals. With more than eleven CU degrees in his family, he carries a proud Buffs legacy with humility and purpose. Camden is a recipient of this year’s Forever Buffs Student Award and will receive the honor this spring at the 96th Annual Alumni Awards.
