#WhileYouWereSleeping….deputies we’re patrolling Castaic when they identified a vehicle in violation of vehicle code. While speaking with the male driver during a traffic stop, deputies learned he possessed narcotics. A search of the male resulted in the discovery of a large plastic bag containing methamphetamine, several baggies of heroin and drug paraphernalia. While searching the car, deputies located contraband commonly used for sales of narcotics. The male, who has previous convictions of narcotics sales, was arrested again for narcotics sales and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the station and later released on bond.
