The defending Class 4A state runner-up Windsor High School boys’ golf team began 2022 just how they finished last season…hot! 🔥 Today Windsor won the season-opening, eight-team Holy Family league tournament held at Broadlands Golf Course in Broomfield with a four-person combined score of 12-over (300 strokes)! The Wizards beat second place Centaurus by 21 strokes. Junior Ethan Tippets won the event with a 1-over 73 and sophomore Kellen Ball was second with a 2-over 74. Sophomore Tadese Keyworth came in fifth (3-over 75), senior Carter Hinkle tied for seventh (6-over 78), and senior Landon Ball rounded out the scoring with an 85 (13-over) for 14th. The Windsor junior varsity also won its event as sophomore Dillon Calkins paced the team with a 5-over 77. Sophomore Teegan Cole fired a 9-over 81, and senior Jack Gustafson shot an 83 (11-over).
