🏋️‍♀️ Strengthen your mind, strengthen your body! 🏋️‍♀️ If you want your body to change, you must practice mental toughness. When the exercise feels hard, that’s when you begin to change. Practice telling yourself, YES I CAN! 🏋️‍♀️ Now I’m rambling, but I want to mention one more thing. Make sure to practice positive self talk. Instead of telling yourself, don’t stop, try, saying, keep going. This is something you can also practice with people around you and even your kids. Instead of stop running, say walk please. Take notice the next time you’re in a fitness class and the instructor says don’t stop. Doesn’t it make you want to stop right away?
