🔥 There are so many ab exercises that you can do on the ball, but these are three of my favorites!
🔥 Plank Circles
🔥 Bicycle Reach
🔥 Ball Passes
🔥 Try 45 seconds of each with 15 seconds rest and transition between. Go for three rounds and you’ll feel it tomorrow!
🛠 These are clips taken from a 50 minute workout I recently filmed for YouTube, using the ball and a set of weights. It comes out in a couple weeks, so you have time to get a ball if you don’t have one! It’ll be worth the investment!
