What an incredible day!
This past Tuesday, the Huskies hosted Bedford Road Collegiate for A Day In The Life, a program led, planned and coordinated by Indigenous student-athletes with the aim of helping young people see the positive impact of athletics and education, while helping to foster confidence and belonging on campus.
A special thank you to Huskie student-athletes Jacquelyne Chief, Paris Oleksyn, Conner Roulette, Chase Bertholet, Paige Rolles, Hallie Franklin, Isabelle Lachance, Camryn Nelson, Breanne Schultz and Huskie Track and Field alumna Brett Lachance.
We are so proud of the Indigenous Student-Athlete group for continuing to be role models and leaders in athletics, academics and beyond.
