Tamarind Carrot Cake - a little love letter to baking 🥕 This cake is supremely easy and comes together in one bowl, and if you aren’t familiar with tamarind paste, it’s acidic, sharp and almost fruity flavors work SO WELL with carrot cake. It feels almost like adding pickled raisins to a carrot cake, but instead were using this magical little fruit.
