Below, Mehri shares her best leadership advice and who her female role model is. “There is no one right mold to fit into or way to be a leader – but leading by example is always a solid foundation to start from. Show up as the leader you’d want to have yourself. I try to do this by focusing on three things: doing great work, actively demonstrating my caring for my team and other teammates, and always being open to listening and learning from the people around me. The woman, and person, I admire most is Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
