Walter Clayton Jr. (First Team), Nelly Junior Joseph (First Team), Daniss Jenkins (Second Team) and Cruz Davis (Rookie Team) were named All-MAAC in an announcement this morning online. Walt and Nelly are the 12th pair of Iona teammates to be named to the All-MAAC First Team. We have never had three First Teamers in one season. The pair are now finalists for the MAAC Player of the Year award which will be announced Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Boardwalk Hall and aired on #ESPN3. Also announced Wed. are: Coach of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Sixth Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year. #GaelNation
