I can’t even describe how beautiful this morning was. What started with a completely socked in view and ended in some of the most epic conditions I’ve dreamt of capturing in the Valley since I started photography. There were hundreds of moments and images captured, but these are two are my some of my favorites, as the sun crept over the wall of clouds and illuminated the valley and El Capitan in all its glory. This shot is still one of my favorite photos I’ve ever taken. It was one the first photos I took where I felt like I was truly understanding photography and getting to a level I was confident in.
