Sunshine Spritz Mocktail🍊🌅🍹 Blood orange 🤝🏼 pineapple juice to make sunshine in a glass. I added kineuphorics herbaceous High Rhode for an aperitif kick. Top it off with tonic water for 🫧 The saffron ginger honey adds subtle spice, but honey alone works just as well. To Make: 🍯 Saffron Ginger Honey: Take a few strands of saffron and grate 1 tsp of ginger. Add to 1 tbsp of honey in a small bowl and add 2 tbsp of hot water Gently stir so all ingredients can mix. Strain the honey out and set it aside 🍊 Bubbly Blood Orange Pineapple Mocktail is as follows: 🌸In a glass of your choice add 2 tsp of blood orange juice and 1 oz. of Kin’s High Rhode if using 🌸Add some ice and then pour 3/4th of a cup of pineapple juice 🌸Top with 6 oz. of tonic water or mineral water 🌸Garnish with mint & blood orange slice.
