Today is International Women’s Day 🤍 On this day, the global community celebrate women’s social, economic, cultural and political achievements. It is also a day to raise awareness on the continued challenges and inequalities women face today. Deka Comp is one of the few Programming and coaching companies founded and led by a woman. One of the few female coaches coaching at the CrossFit Games indidivual division (but not the only one! Shout out to Caroline Lambray, Jefferey Adler’s coach!). I am proud of this achievement and we have our amazing Deka Comp community to thank for that.
