WLX | Tonight, when smcmwlax and catholicu_wlax take the field at the JLR Stadium 🏟️ at 7 PM, the two teams will be playing like Jamie Roberts ‘11, the stadium’s namesake. Jamie Lynn Roberts was a 2011 alumna of St. Mary’s College plus a three-sport athlete in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. She was also a three-year member of the catholicu_cards athletic department. Jamie tragically passed away at the age of 24 in 2014 while biking cross country to raise funds and awareness for young adults with cancer. Jamie had an infectious smile and left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Orange was Jamie’s favorite color so don your orange tonight in her honor.
