kateplusfate | Rest week R E S E T 🔌🔋 I post a lot less about the recovery than about the hard work because it’s usually not as fun. Rest comes when I’m tired (duh) and a little cranky (swipe for the meme 😂) but once I slow down, I can feel how much my body and mind needed the chance to absorb the training. I’m antsy to get back on the race course soon but also savoring these extra weeks at home where even the slower moments fill my cup 😘 #trainhard #recoverhard #traildog #familyfirst
