Main goal: Supercompensation
This is a full on deload week, where we focus on speed with lower total volume and intensity. The main goal for this week is to allow your body to acclimatize to the best state itâs been all year. We will have the beginning of next week for a proper ramp up to get you competition ready as far as intensity goes. Youâve put in the training, you must have confidence in your current ability and allow nature to do itâs thing this week.

If youâve qualified for the quarterfinals, then use the next few days to recover and focus on technical movements that may happen in the quarterfinals. If you did not qualify, then use this week to have fun without focusing on anything in part...
