#OnThisDay in 1913, renowned Underground Railroad leader Harriet Tubman, died in Auburn, New York. Tubman successfully led hundreds of enslaved people to freedom and was known as the “Moses to Her People.” Tubman became the first Black woman to serve in the military as a nurse and a spy for the Union Army during the Civil War. #WomenYouShouldKnow #WomensHistoryMonth
