Spring is nigh and that means festival season is upon us. Luckily one of the biggest food festivals in the city just so happens to take place soon. The #manayunk #streatfoodfestival which originally started back in September of 2012 with just over a half a dozen food trucks, has significantly grown over the years to become a marquee food event. This year the StrEAT Food Festival will take place Sunday April 23 from 11 am to 5 pm along Main St. Attendees can expect over 50 of the areas best food trucks and food vendors to compliment the already popular restaurants that already exist along Main St. Many local restaurants including bayoumanayunk blondiephilly cactusphilly taqueriaamor and thegoatsbeard will be offering promotions and specials throughout the event.
