This month, our cheese of choice is #TraderJoes Bigonda with Herbs, coming to us (and you!) from a master cheese-making family in Italy’s Dolomite Mountains. 🏔️ • Our #Bigonda is a creamy, semi-soft take on a traditional Italian farmstead cheese known as “caciotta.” While there are different variations out there, we’ve studded ours with laurel, thyme, parsley, organic chives, fennel & caraway seeds. • The beauty of this Bigonda is its versatility. You can melt it into an omelet, use it in a grilled cheese, add it to a fancy cheese board, or cut it into cubes to toss with a green salad.
