2016…it was a turning point year for me as thewrestlingclassic and in my real life.
The page was growing and I was getting recognition even though the majority didn’t know my name, how I looked or really anything about me. I was still a mystery to many.
In my real life - I wasn’t confident or really that happy. It might have been one of my darkest years. Definitely one of the hardest as I was balancing the two lives.
Justin Dhillon was lost and broken. The Wrestling Classic was being discovered and thriving. The potential was becoming more clear.
I was helping other people but not helping myself.
The Wrestling Classic was not just my escapism but it was my refuge and anchor. It gave me a purpose back in 2016 when everything else failed or fell apart.
