Here's the deal. I've been living at this place that I was a "founding tenant" of. Like I loved the idea so much that I paid for my apartment 3 years before I moved in. I've been living here for 3 years - it's supposed to be a place that creates a sense of community but I have just been given a notice of eviction after 2 things happened this week: a security guard Ive always been kind to, which was mutual until a week ago when he saw my friend who has major back issues sitting on a bench in the public area (not behind a locked gate) waiting for an uber. He first accused her of being homeless due to her not having her cane and walking slouched over & then he told her that she needs to get off the property or be accompanied by me. She said her uber was here and left. The next day I get a "final warning" saying I broke my lease agreement. What?
