Healthy Vegetarian Caesar Dressing 🥗 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 ½ cup raw cashews ⅓ cup water, plus more as needed 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil 1 lemon, juice + zest (about 2 tablespoons juice) 1 ½ teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard 1-2 garlic cloves 1 ½ teaspoon capers, rinsed ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt ½ teaspoon maple syrup 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 Combine all dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. This recipe will make about half a cup of dressing. This will stay good for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
