A major crash involving multiple big rigs happened Friday morning on Highway 43 near Hanford. The crash happened in very low visibility due to the tule fog that settled into the Valley. Tule fog is a thick ground fog that settles in the California's Central Valley. This phenomenon is named after the tule grass wetlands of the Valley. FOX26 had a crew on scene but they could not get close due to possible toxins.
