🚨 OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL 🚨 With the NCAA voting to add women’s flag football to the Emerging Sports for Women program, the sport is officially on the path to varsity and championship status, building on the momentum already growing across high schools and colleges nationwide.   NFL FLAG and RCX Sports Foundation are proud to be part of this moment as we continue building access, opportunity, and infrastructure for women’s flag football at every level. Through #FemalesInFlag initiative with RCX Sports Foundation and the NFL, we’re creating a clear pathway for girls to play, compete, and thrive. Today’s milestone isn’t just history, it’s the future.
