There have been 11 atmospheric rivers this year and another is expected to impact California with more heavy rainfall, mountain snow and gusty winds early next week. In the last week, more than 450 trained Red Cross disaster workers deployed to provide those affected by the storms with a safe place to stay, hot meals and emergency relief items.
