🟣 Sites were reported to the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office and the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) — connected to the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
🟣 By law, these agencies are required to coordinate and respond without delay.
🟣 Instead, multiple sites remained unrecovered for over a year.
