Help! The Battalion Search and Rescue provides Direct Aid every month. But we can't do it alone. In the summer we focus our efforts on the El Paso sector where we perform scheduled searches for migrants in distress or deceased. We audit sites of previously reported Human remains. We monitor the militarization of our boarderlands and report surveillance tech to the Electronic Frontier Foundation. And... We also carry out direct, hand-to-hand water drops to migrants waiting on the other side of the wall. Often migrants are left waiting in 100°+ heat with no shade and no hats! While we use donated water jugs and volunteer assistance, financial help is needed to cover fuel costs and vehicle maintenance.
