El Paso Times: "One hundred forty-eight. Migrant deaths more than doubled in El Paso Sector in fiscal 2023 to reach the heaviest toll the region has seen since public record-keeping began: 148 in fiscal 2023, compared with 71 in fiscal 2022, according to Border Patrol data obtained by the El Paso Times." The Battalion Search And Rescue is responding to the drastic increase in migrant fatalities in the El Paso sector. Yesterday we conducted yet another successful outing in this deadly corridor. Thank you very much to the amazing volunteers that assisted with this powerful and precious work. We are the Battalion Search and Rescue and we search for the lost but not forgotten.
