In honor of the first day of Spring we would like to introduce the featured artist for Spring 2023 Tempe Festival of the Arts, Kim Nickens! This artist uses a technique called dimensional paper quilling. She tightly rolls and coils hundreds of strips of paper to create exquisite designs such as "Rainbow Collage" pictured here.
