Change starts at the top and that is why our Executive Staff along with the Community Engagement Team have completed Active Bystandership for Law Enforcement (ABLE) training. ABLE aims to prevent harm, transform culture, and strengthen communities. ABLE authorizes and empowers law enforcement to intervene in another officer’s action, regardless of her/his rank.
