Does anybody prep their meal plan for the entire
#whole30challenge before they even start? This is my first time attempting one, so I’m prepping as much as I can, and I have my meal plan about halfway done for the month. I fully expect things to change but at least I’ll be somewhat prepared.
I’m using mostly recipes from two Whole30 cookbooks but would love to branch out as there’s not a ton of variety.
