On Mondays, we are going to take the opportunity to spotlight our Members of the Pack and brag about them a little bit! As a volunteer with Suncoast Humane Society, Bill Matthews doesn’t seem to know the word ‘no’, for which we are eternally grateful! Bill has been a volunteer since May 2018, starting as a dog walker. He then became involved with the Dog About Town program to take our dogs to local pet-friendly venues, and also helps with taking dogs to outreach events. Last year when our Preventive Health Care Clinic became a drive-up format, Bill volunteered to help as an animal runner, to take the owners' pets back and forth from their vehicles to our clinic. As animals are transported from other animal shelters & rescues, Bill acts as “chauffeur” for those animals. Bill and his wife Judy have fostered for us also.
