This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is passionate about positive alternatives to shelter surrenders, fostering, deeply engaged volunteers, and all manner of programs dedicated to the human-animal bond. Data collection, management, reporting and utilization to create performance-based measures is critical to leading dynamic teams, including direct reports of a Volunteer Coordinator, Pet Behaviorist and Foster Coordinator.
