On Mondays, we are going to take the opportunity to spotlight our Members of the Pack and brag about them a little bit! Patrick Gordon first became aware of Suncoast Humane Society when, shortly after moving to Florida from Boston in 2017, he found a beagle sitting in his front yard. Patrick had no luck finding the owners, so he researched shelters online and found SHS. His interaction with the staff and bringing the dog over was a positive one, so he then chose to volunteer as a dog walker and eventually as part of the Dog About Town program. In Patrick’s own words, “To say it has been a rewarding experience is an understatement. Where else can you get to play in the dirt, get filthy, get sloppy kisses and slobbered on by an extremely friendly dog every half hour or so?
