I have had the opportunity to work closely with such amazing women like our wonderful house mom, operations team, advisors, and many directors; as well as our awesome chefs, cleaners, maintenance workers, and alumni. The best of all, I have been able to live along side 70 outstanding women living in the house. These women have shown me what it means to be a Tri Delta woman. They are kind, bold, and brave; they lead with self sacrifice, truth, and know the meaning of true friendship. This position has taught me how to lead with grace and compassion.
