A few weeks ago; After returning from the NFL Draft Prep ( outside of Pittsburgh), I had a long & uncomfortable talk with my young Club Members; I expressed to them about the shift that was going to take place within our Club Rules ( & trainings ). I was already strict, strategic & tedious with the teachings… but now, I am turning up the notch. If the passion ( from the athlete ) does not match mine ( or exceeds it ) then this Club is probably not the best for you. I will rather work with a handful of dedicated soldiers oppose to crafting with 100 athletes ( who shy away from the grind ).
