I started the long process by using k18hair chelator to remove all metals and minerals from the hair, I then used #k18 mist followed by bleaching the whole head starting from where her gray roots start in foils by taking very thin sections using lorealpro blond studio 9 with 20 vol for 100 minutes... after 45 minutes I reopened each foil and reapplied a new lightener mixture on the warm areas until I reached the lightest pale blonde, rinsed hair, applied Redken gels 1/2 5AB + 1/2 7Ab mixed with 10 vol for about 30 min as low lights based on the roots pattern then toned with Redken shades eq 10T and a drop of 10VV with an equal amount of processing solution for 30 minutes.
