L39ION started because we wanted to be the change we didn’t see in the sport. We wanted people to see themselves in the cycling space. So we set out to redefine what cycling looked like, and who it was for. Somewhere along the way, I got so focused on giving opportunities to as many people as possible that I lost sight of what made the moment special in the first place. As we close the chapter on 2025 and on running multiple teams, every mistake and every lesson has made the vision clearer. 2026 is about focus, one team, back to our core principles: creating a place for community, shifting perspectives, and setting a standard the sport has to catch up to.
