𝓡𝓮𝓭 𝓕𝓸𝔁 𝓕𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓼 🦊 Jared Jackson ‘23 is a senior with a major in Political Science, and he is currently going through the process of getting a paralegal certificate. Becoming interested in law was something that occurred to Jackson while he was going through classes at Marist. He said, “Basically just through taking political science courses, there’s obviously a lot of overlap with the legal system and government. I want to work in some sort of public interest law in the future and that obviously has a lot of overlap with political science. It felt like a natural progression for me.” Over the summer, the senior had an internship with the New York Attorney General, which he really enjoyed.
