underarmour continues to be a force for good in the #communities we call home. In 2021, we launched the 25x25 initiative, a challenge to our teammates to #volunteer 40 hours of their time, every year, to any cause, to make a $25 million impact in our global communities by 2025. Teammates who make the commitment to volunteer are paid up to 40 hours for personal volunteer activities performed during normal working hours. In 2022, over 2,000 teammates from 21 countries volunteered, tripling our total hours from the previous year. Over 300 teammates have already exceeded over 40 hours of #service, and over 71,000 total hours have been volunteered toward our 25x25 initiative. We’re making a lasting impact, one teammate at a time.
