Mentoring makes an impact 🌟 Our AEGPresents + Goldenvoice College Connection program, in 2025, provided over 500 students with a behind the scenes look at the many career opportunities in live entertainment, along with one-on-one and small group mentorship and networking opportunities. Additionally, over 60 students were hired to work at many of our US festivals in roles such as ticketing, marketing, and operations, and several of the students from the program were hired by AEG in full time or part-time roles!
