We've welcomed several new individuals to our leadership team, and are excited to announce them to you. First, we are pleased to announce Rob Stephens has been named our new Chief Operating Officer. Rob began his transit career in a regional planning commission as a community planner, and program manager supporting city, county, and special district members. He was responsible for agency and district management, grant administration, and technical assistance to local governments developing strategies and programs that addressed statewide and local needs on a regional scale.
