Social wellness is an important part of our daily lives. After all, humans are social creatures, and a large part of our health is reliant on connection and companionship. Our involvement in our communities improves the lives of those who otherwise lack social connections, such as our homebound clients. For many of them, interaction with our volunteers and staff is the only contact they have with other people.
