#tbt Eight years ago, before Kendall Jenner was a social media megastar she shot a video at Meals on Wheels West. The video was shot in our parking lot, office and meal staging area. Most importantly they delivered meals to three MOW West clients. The video was created to promote community service. National Spirit Day encourages young people to get involved in their communities. Currently, MOW West’s Connecting Generations program teams young volunteers with adult drivers to deliver meals. Volunteers from local schools, and other organizations including Pretenders Dance Studios, Roterac, Girls Scouts, National Charity League and our adult voluntteers deliver meals and brighten the day of our clients.
